The Board of Directors exists at CCV for the purpose of governing the buisiness and affairs of our Church which includes, but is not limited to, managing property, finances, employees, etc. Our board is made up of our Elders, Deacons, Deaconesses, and Trustees. The Elders at CCV meet at least twice a month for the purpose of praying for and leading our church body. Their primary duties include but are not limited to: praying, leading, protecting, teaching, equiping. It is the Elders on whom the ultimate reponsibility of insuring that we as a church are constantly seeking God's will and direction falls.

The Deacons at CCV are responsible for assisting in the administration of the Lord’s Supper; supervising receiving of the offerings; they function as the Finance Committee and have oversight of the buildings and grounds. In addition they minister to our widows, orphans, needy, sick, destitute, bereaved and those with marital problems, and under the direction of the Elders shall assist in shepherding, spiritual ministries and up building of the Congregation. They also perform such other duties as may be assigned to them by the Board or Board of Elders.

The Deaconnesses at CCV are responsible for supervising the preparation of the emblems for the Lord’s Table; have oversight of the equipment for baptismal services; minister to our widows, orphans, needy, sick, destitute, bereaved and those with marital problems, and under the direction of the Elders shall assist in shepherding, spiritual ministries and up building of the Congregation. The addition, they shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to them by the Board or Board of Elders.
