 Pam Colen Biography
Administrative Assistant
pam.colen@ccvbak.org

Pam Colen joined the CCV Staff in June, 2009. She is eager to take on the new challenge and grateful for the opportunity to serve the Lord in this capacity. “Changes in our lives help us to draw closer to the Lord; depending on Him, rather than ourselves. He is the source of my strength.”

She has lived in California since 1973; moving here to lend a caring hand to her father’s family.  Her mother, Mary, still resides in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where Pam was born and raised. “My Mom had my three brothers and myself in church every Sunday—as far back as the Cradle Roll. I still have my certificate for those infant years. I accepted the Lord as my Savior, at eight years old; understanding His love and forgiveness; however, it was not until I was an adult that I grasped the extent of his mercy and grace.”

Pam and her loving husband, Mike, are proud grandparents of three precious girls (the ‘Bugs’), Brianna, Julia and Mariah who now live in Colorado with their wonderful parents, Brian and Mandy.

Family is very important to Pam—both immediate and her church family. Christ has used her as an instrument to share His great love with her family and those who cross her path. “The Lord has put several people in my life who have helped me step out of my comfort zone; opening doors that a little girl from Alabama could have never gone through without His unfailing love.”
